Safety Training

Emergency Management offers training in many areas. Some of this training is provided through downloadable presentations and others are provided by staff. We can customize training for a department or university building or provide specific training with functional exercises. Training is provided at no cost to the requesting unit.

For more information, email Mindy Christian.

Active Shooter

Critical incident and active shooter training is available through the ULPD for any group upon request. In addition to the live training/presentation, the University of Louisville has produced a video that will provide our Community with the necessary information and tools to ensure survival if an incident were to occur.
